We understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming or leave you feeling "stuck." Whether you are dealing with invisible stress, friction with your closest loved ones, or an unspeakable knot in your heart, you do not have to face it alone.

Our multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and registered counsellors, provides a safe and confidential space to listen to your needs. For more complex emotional struggles, our psychiatrists and counselling team work closely together to offer a dual approach of medication and psychological therapy, ensuring you receive the most comprehensive and seamless care under one roof.

Service Scope

Individual Counselling

Don't digest your emotions alone. We provide a dedicated space for you to open up. Through professional guidance, we help you clear your mind and regain the inner strength and peace needed to face life's challenges.

Marriage & Family Counselling

For couples and families caught in a tug-of-war or silent cold war, we provide a neutral, safe bridge for communication. We help both parties understand the true needs behind each other's behaviors, break vicious cycles, and rebuild intimacy.

Children's Play Therapy

Children often do not know how to express stress in words, which frequently translates into behavioral issues. Through evidence-based play therapy, we allow children to release their emotions in a relaxed environment, improve behavioral challenges, and unlock their inner potential.

Sleep Wellness Program

A non-pharmacological counselling solution tailored for those troubled by insomnia, light sleeping, or frequent dreaming. We help you identify underlying stressors, hit the "pause button" on racing thoughts before bed, and rebuild a healthy connection between your brain and sleep.

Psychiatric Specialist Consultation

For conditions requiring medical intervention, such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress, our specialist psychiatrists provide comprehensive assessments and medication support. Working alongside psychologists, we address both physiological and psychological aspects to help stabilize your emotions and get your life back on track.

Special Funding & Community Support Programs

We are committed to walking alongside our community, providing appropriate resources and support to groups with special needs:

1. "Woven Foundation" Pre-school Children Psychological Assessment Subsidy Scheme

In partnership with the Woven Foundation, our center provides professional psychological assessments for early intervention for underprivileged children.

  • Target Audience: Pre-school children aged 0 to 6. Applying families must have financial difficulties, such as currently receiving full, 3/4, or half grants from the "Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme" or "Kindergarten and Child Care Centre Fee Remission Scheme" (families not receiving the above subsidies but with special circumstances may also apply).
  • Assessment Scope: Autism assessment, ADHD assessment, dyslexia identification, intelligence assessment, and developmental assessment.
  • Subsidy Amount: Each approved case can receive a subsidy ranging from HK$6,000 - $8,000 for the assessment fee.
  • Application Requirement: Applicants must submit an appointment letter issued by the Child Assessment Centre (CAC) under the Department of Health, and the doctor's appointment date must be more than half a year away from the application date.
  • Application Link for Parents: Fill out the Google Form Application.

2. Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Support Fund: Trauma Recovery and Community Healing Program

The fire at Tai Po Wang Fuk Court has brought a profound psychological impact to the community. We are currently rolling out a special support program to accompany affected individuals through their grief and help them regain direction in life.

  • Target Audience: Affected residents and families of the Tai Po Wang Fuk Court fire, frontline rescue and professional support personnel, as well as caregivers and any community members affected by the incident.
  • Core Support: Free trauma-informed psychological counselling, psychiatric assessment and medication support, family recovery groups, stress relief workshops for caregivers, and community mental health seminars.
  • Inviting Referrals from the Social Welfare Sector and NGOs: We warmly welcome social workers, schools, and NGOs to refer cases in need to our center, gathering community strength to build a trauma-informed support network.

What everyday struggles can we help you with?

  • Personal Emotions, Stress & Trauma
    • Work or study stress so heavy it feels hard to breathe, affecting your sleep and appetite.
    • Experiencing negative flashbacks after a sudden crisis or traumatic event, feeling fearful, irritable, or unable to detach.
    • Losing motivation for things you used to enjoy, feeling like life lacks direction.

  • Sleep Issues & Insomnia
    • Racing thoughts the moment you get into bed, replaying work or daily trivia—and the harder you try, the harder it is to fall asleep.
    • Waking up in the middle of the night and staring at the ceiling until dawn, unable to fall back asleep.

  • Marriage & Relationships
    • Constantly falling into endless arguments over trivial matters, or even escalating into a silent cold war.
    • Going through a relationship crisis, shattered trust, or discovering severe divergences in core values.

  • Family & Parenting
    • Children frequently losing their temper, refusing to communicate, or facing developmental and learning adaptations.
    • Differences in parenting styles between spouses, leading to a tense family atmosphere.
